Grundschule Michendorf.

This project is an extension for the already existing elementary school and is divided into three separate volumes. Each volume holds different functions, such as educational (classrooms and studying spaces), a large and upgraded cafeteria, and a new gymnasium. Shell construction started in September 2023, and handover was in September 2025. Working primarily in construction management and being a superintendent on site, I supervised all trades and ensured compliance with design specifications and responded to RFIs. I conducted defect inspections, quality control, managed the project timeline along with the project manager and oversaw all invoice verifications from all the trades according to VOB guidelines. After plenty of coordination and problem-solving on site with contractors and the client, the completion of the project, and the school is now in full effect, bringing the client, and most importantly the schools users full satisfaction.
