Kiefernring.

The project is a core and shell project located in Potsdam, Germany. Originally a pre-fabricated ‘‘Plattenbau’’ construction of the GDR era in Germany (1960s), this buidling was deteriorating and contaminated with a lot of asbestos and was in dire need for a renovation as part of a larger effort to attract new tenants. This resulted in an upgrade to the thermal requirements and technical building requirements such as HVAC and plumbing. As part of this process, I was involved primarily in the project planning stage, overlooking and approving working drawings set by various contractors and supporting project management tasks such as project setting project timelines and tendering. The project was completed in late 2025.
